You will need to download and install this little program before installing and using any wallpapers. Click HERE to download. It will download very quickly.
Just double click on the file you just downloaded. It does the rest.
The wallpaper is a bitmap which is installed into your IE folder. This is supplied as a self installing file - just double click to install.
To use your new toolbar wallpaper, open IE5 or above, there may be a new addition to your toolbar. Look to the right of the 'mail' icon, see the icon? Click on it. Now choose the bmp that you want to use. Click 'OK'. Close IE and reopen or go to file and new window and a new window will open to the site you are on. Your wall paper will now replace the plain color! Just close out the old window when you are done.
If you don't see the icon, at the top click on Tools, a drop down will appear. Then click Toolbar Wallpaper. Now choose the bmp that you want to use. Click 'OK'. Close IE and reopen or choose new window.
